In fact, our expertise in successfully representing these airlines has been well recognized, and we are today providing them a range of services even beyond the scope of the GSA understating.
These would include:
- Trimming flights by checking dupes, controlling no shows, cancellation of down line booking of no show passengers in order to cut distribution costs and create revenue opportunities for the airline network.
- Customer relations management for all passengers on the route including complaint handling, direct response to customers, compensation, coordination with legal advisor etc.
- Marketing activity – Budget, Forecast Event Management, Market communication, critical performance analysis and activity plan.
- Participate and support all yield improvement programs following ethical business practices.
- Consultative and supporting role on major issues such as air political matters, taxation, dealing with local regulatory bodies such as DGCA, reduction of operational costs at airport.

- Airport Operations. We have been providing the principal airlines with qualified and experienced airport staff who have been performing and supervising the following operations for the airlines:
Liason with the GHA for smooth operations, liason with the various departments and organizations at the Airport, verifying travel documents and visas, passenger check-in, boarding, handling mishandled baggage, raising PIRs and related follow up, sending flight related messages, informing the sales team of the post flight analyses and any other functions at the airport specifically required by principal airlines.
