Day 01- Abroad-Mumbai
Ar: Mumbai by: International Flight At the International Airport, MINAR TRAVELS representative would meet guests outside the customs gate. Assistance upon arrival & transfer from the airport to HOTEL TAJ MAHAL. (Check-in time is 1200 noon, rooms will be reserved from previous night to ensure immediate occupancy.) Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 02- Mumbai
Morning one hour boat ride across Bombay Harbour brings you to the green and lovely Elephanta Island. Here visit some of the huge and intricately carved cave temples that date back to the 8th century, which are dedicated to the Hindu Sun God - Shiva.

Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Mumbai. Visit the Prince of Wales Museum (Monday closed) here you will see its extensive collection of fascinating 18th & 19th century miniature paintings; elegantly carved ivory artworks; and a rich collection of Nepalese and Tibatan art, among other fine works of art. Also visit the Gateway of India overlooking the Harbor; and the Dhobi Ghat, the unique and colourful outdoor 'laundry'. Drive upto the Malabar Hill to the lovely Hanging Gardens and the Kamla Nehru Park from where you will get a wonderful view of Mumbai and the Arabian Sea spread out before you. Also visit Mani Bhavan, a small museum dedicated to the life and works of Mahatma Gandhi; and the bustling Crawford Market.

DAY 03- Mumbai-Udaipur
Transfer from hotel to the airport Leave: Mumbai at: 0555 hrs by: 9W-3301 Arrive: Udaipur at: 0740 hrs Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer from airport to the HOTEL LAKE PALACE. Afternoon, motor launch cruise on the placid waters of Lake Pichola. From the boat you will be able to view the city of Udaipur as it rises majestically above the lake in the middle of the Rajasthan desert. Also visit the Jag Mandir Palace - the other island palace in the middle of the lake. Overnight at the hotel

DAY 04-Udaipur
Morning sightseeing tour of Udaipur, stopping first at City Palace. Here you will marvel at rooms with mirrored walls and ivory doors, colored glass windows and inlaid marble balconies; and the Peacock Courtyard. Also visit the lovely Sahelion-ki-Bari Gardens. DAY 05-Udaipur-Jaipur
Transfer from hotel to the airport Leave: Udaipur at: 0810 hrs by: 9w-3301 Arrive: Jaipur at: 0915 hrs Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer from airport to the HOTEL RAMBAGH PALACE Afternoon tour of Jaipur, known as "The Pink City of Rajasthan". Visit the unique Jantar Mantar Observatory, which was built in the 1700's, yet even today still looks futuristic or almost surrealistic; the City Palace and its Museum, the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds. DAY 06- Jaipur
Morning, excursion to Amber Fort. Make your ascent to the palace fortress on the gaily caparisoned elephant back. Tour the chambers and hallways of the palace which are famous for the excellence of their design and decoration. Afternoon at leisure for independent activities Overnight at the hotel

DAY 07- Jaipur - agra
Morning drive to Agra enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri (221 kms/ 06 hrs) the deserted, red sandstone city that was built by Emperor Akbar as his capital and palace in the 16th century. Also visit the Bulund Darwaza the largest gateway in the world Continue your drive to Agra. On arrival check in at HOTEL AMARVILAS Overnight at the hotel

Day 08- Agra
Morning sightseeing tour or Agra city visiting Taj Mahal & Agra Fort. Taj Mahal - the mausoleum of Empress Mumtaz Mahal, the beloved spouse of Shah Jahan, who died in 1630. The Taj complex comprises a forecourt, a lofty entrance, a charming formal Mughal garden with canals and a central tank with a series of fountains, the tomb proper, and an attached mosque on the west and its symmetrical counterpart on the east. The Taj is remarkable for its perfect proportions and rich pietra dura, with minute details executed with great skill. The building, often styled "a dream in marble" is said to have taken at least 22 years (1631-1653) to build.

Agra Fort - which lies on the bend of the River Yamuna, almost in the heart of the town. It was built by Akbar as his citadel over the years 1565-73 in the finest architectural style. It has imposing gates and walls of red sandstone and a moat. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 09- Agra-Delhi-Varanasi

DAY 10- Varanasi
Early morning, drive to Daswamedh Ghat and take a boat ride on the sacred river Ganges. Continue by boat to see burning and bathing Ghats. Afternoon sightseeing tour of the holy city of Varanasi. Visit some of the many Hindu Temples that line the river Ganges. Stroll along the narrow lanes and bazaars full of shops selling, among other things, the world- famous Banaras Silks. Overnight at the hotel

Day 11- Varanasi- Kathmandu
Transfer from hotel to the airport Leave: Varanasi at: 1210 hrs by: IC 751 Arrive: Kathmandu at: 1320 hrs Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer from airport to the HOTEL DWARIKA. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12- Kathmandu
Morning sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city & Swayambhunath. Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu includes visiting the Durbar Square to see the fine examples of Nepalese architecture in Kathmandu's Palaces and Pagodas. Also visit Ason Tole, a typical Nepalese market place. Also visit to the imposing 2,000 year old stupa at Swayambhunath, majestically set high on a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley. Swayambhunath : The Monkey Temple", the oldest shrine in the world established more that 2500 year ago. Situated on top of a high hill where legendary Manjushri discovered the lotus growing in the ancient Kathmandu Valley lake, Swayambhunath commands an superb view of the valley below. The four side of this ancient structure are painted with the compassionate eyes of Budhha. Afternoon visit to Pashupatinath & Bodnath Pashupatinath : One of the greatest piligrimage centers for all the hindus of the World. A pagoda temple with rich woodcarving and metal works with golden roof and silver doors is dedicated to Shiva, Hindu God of destruction & regeneration. Beyond the temple is the river Bagmati, a sacred river for cremation according to Hindu belief. Thousands of devotees come here every day for rituals and prayers and vessels full of offerings. Bodhnath : A small tibetan inhabitation about 8 KM northeast of the center of kathmandu,with one of the world’s biggest stupa,a buddhist relic believed to be constructed in 4th century is the meeting point for all the buddhist followers of the World.It is surrounded by tibetan monasteries. Day 13- Kathmandu-Meghauly-Chitwan
Transfer from hotel to the airport Leave: Kathmandu at: 1150 hrs by: YA-171 Arrive: Meghauly at: 1250 hrs Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer from airport to CHITWAN JUNGLE LODGE. Your adventure into the wilds of Southern Nepal begins when a few elephants meet you at the airstrip and transport you through the jungle grasses and across two rivers on their backs until you reach TIGER TOPS JUNGLE LODGE. Tiger Tops is situated in the Royal Chitwan National Park. The mode of transportation for viewing the animals is elephants and by now you should be quite used to their gently swaying gate. The park is inhabited by a healthy breeding population of the once nearly extinct Royal Bengal Tiger, and if you are lucky, you may see one here during your stay. During your game rides you are most likely to see a good number of Indian one-horned rhino which is abundant in the park, and a variety of deer, wild boar, and gaur as well as about 300 species of birds. In the evening, you will be given a lecture and slide show demonstration by one of the naturalists who live at the lodge on the wild life in the park and what the government is doing to help preserve the animals so that they do not run a risk of becoming extinct. Also, each night, a baiting program is arranged so that hopefully, one of the elusive tigers will be enticed to the quarry by the "kill". You will be notified if the tiger has made its appearance and then you will walk barefoot through the jungle without making a sound until you reach the blinds, which will allow you to view the tiger in its natural setting. It's a thrilling experience.

Morning, sightseeing tour of Old Delhi visiting the Raj Ghat, the site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated; Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India; and the Red Fort - once the most opulent fort and palace of the Moghul Empire.

Afternoon sightseeing tour of New Delhi visiting the Qutub Minar. Drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House and the President's Residence, Bangla sahib temple, Birla temple and end the tour with a drive through Diplomatic Enclave. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 17- Delhi-Dehradun
